The Mall, Barnsley

The Mall (formerly known as The Alhambra Shopping Centre) comprises some 180,000 sq ft arranged on two levels, a 520 space multi storey car park and principal tenants including Next, Mothercare, Woolworths, Massarella, Bon Marche, Claire’s Accessories and Wilkinsons.

Fawley Watson Booth have been instrumental since their appointment in 1999 in reducing a substantial number of voids through leasing and asset management and introducing new tenants to the scheme such as Primark, TK Maxx, Officers Club, Bodycare, Perfume Shop, Adams, Bay Trading, T Mobile and Regis.
