The Practice has long established relationships with the majority of schemes with which it is currently involved and has acted for shopping centre owning clients such as Prudential, Land Securities, Teesland, Aberdeen Property Investors, Grosvenor Shopping Centre Fund, REIT Asset Management, Henry Boot Developments, Threadneedle Property Fund Managers, Lathe Investments, Investream, Edinburgh House Developments, Bourne End Properties, S Harrison Developments and Teesland Plc.
