Friarsgate, Lichfield

Friarsgate will be a vibrant retail and leisure gateway development which will connect the new Transport Interchange to the City. Located in the very heart of thehistoric and cultural City of Lichfield the mixed use development will provide 240,000 sq ft of retail accommodation anchored by a 65,000 sq ft Debenhams store.

The scheme is arranged over three levels with an underground car park providing over 700 spaces and two floors of retail on ground and first floor level.

With the development due to complete in 2011 Fawley Watson Booth have been instructed to acquire substantial pre lets for the scheme.
