Landlord and Tenant

In 2003 Fawley Watson Booth recruited John Muchlinski from the Arcadia Group in a dedicated role to provide clients with advice in relation to rent reviews, lease renewals and Landlord and Tenant issues. John brought with him a wealth of hands-on experience and a practical approach gained from dealing with a substantial and nationwide portfolio.

Clients of our professional services department include Windhorse Trading, TK Maxx, Yelverton Properties, ING Real Estate, J D Sports, Phillips Pension Fund, Manor Properties, Grattan Plc, Land Securities, The Mall Corporation, Jane Shilton Plc and Card Factory.

In the latter instance Fawley Watson Booth provide rent review and lease renewal consultancy across the company’s 150 shop portfolio, rental planning projections and estate management advice.
