Landlord and Tenant

In 2008 Fawley Watson Booth recruited Richard Blamires in a dedicated role to provide both landlord and tenant clients with advice in relation to rent reviews, lease renewals and general Landlord and Tenant issues. Richard brought with him a wealth of hands-on experience and a practical approach gained from dealing with several portfolio clients whilst previously working at Donaldsons and DTZ.

Clients of our professional services department include Card Factory, TK Maxx, Ark, Yelverton Properties, ING Real Estate, JD Sports, Manor Properties, Grattan Plc, Land Securities, The Mall Corporation and Aberdeen Asset Management.
