The Practice is regularly involved primarily on behalf of purchasers in acquiring High Street properties, out of town retail developments, shopping centres and putting in place development funding arrangements.

More recent clients of the company have included Town Centre Securities, ING Real Estate, Barkers Department Stores, Yelverton Properties, Henderson Investors, Manor Properties, British Land and Axa Real Estate.
