The team has the expertise to carry out sale and leaseback arrangements for occupiers and assist with re-gearing arrangements.

The practice is regularly involved on behalf of purchasers in acquiring High Street properties, out of town retail developments and shopping centres. Projects have included B&Q at Trimdon Street, Sunderland, Big W in Sheffield and Barclays Bank in James Street, Harrogate.

Our investment experts also have considerable experience in putting in place funding arrangements for property developments and schemes, such as at Fosse Islands Retail Park at York on behalf of AXA REIM.
