The Company was founded in April 1995 as a Retail Agency Practice with complimentary investment and funding advice. The Practice offers extensive experience in the retail property market covering High Streets, Shopping Centres and out of town retail.

The increased size of the practice in recent years has allowed an expansion into all parts of England, Scotland and Wales and the addition of a professional services department dedicated to rent reviews and lease renewals.
